The EPA, along with the Bush Administration, is being sued by about over 18 states

This article relates that because of the EPA's inability to comply with the supreme courts' decision about emissions, many of the states are going to sue them along with the Bush administration. These states claim that the Bush Administration is favoring the industries and they feel they are even above the highest authority. Some states even say that the EPA's failure to act is a "dereliction of duty". I think that these states have the right to sue the EPA for not acting.
