Poor countries want a say in the global warming plans for 2009

This article is from Bangkok, relating how the larger countries are not including poorer countries in their talks to fight global warming. This is proving to be a problem because more and more poor countries are wanting a say in what the new plans are going to be for 2009. I think that the developed countries should include the developing countries because in these plans because then they can show the world that everybody is participating and that even the smallest countries can bring change. Also, some smaller countries have said that they want to be a part of it so that they can make sure that the big countries do not make plans that will afect them the least an therefore won't have to contribute as much.
